Expanding into international markets requires more than finding potential clients. Businesses need to assess their readiness, build effective B2B sales processes, understand public procurement opportunities, and develop scalable go-to-market strategies.

IT Dnipro Community, within the CentralUkraineEDIH project, is launching Ready to Go Global Lab, a series of four practical online workshops for SMEs, startups, IT companies, and businesses with an IT component looking to enter new markets or strengthen their international sales.

Led by Yuliia Solovyova, Founder of CSV Group, the programme will cover four key stages of international growth:

• 19 November: Market & Export Readiness — Is Your Company Ready to Enter New Markets?

• 26 November: From Lead to Contract — Building a B2B Sales Pipeline in Europe.

• 3 December: Public Procurement in the EU and UK — From Identifying Opportunities to Tendering.

• 10 December: Scaling International Sales — Partnerships, Referrals, and a Systematic Go-to-Market Approach.

Each workshop will include practical self-assessment checklists to help participants identify gaps, recognise strengths, and define actionable next steps for their businesses.

The workshops will take place online via Zoom every Thursday from 17:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time, from 19 November to 10 December 2026. Participation is free of charge, with advance registration required. Sessions will be held in Ukrainian and recorded.

Participants who attend all four workshops and complete all four checklists will receive a certificate. CSV Group will also select one eligible company for a complimentary strategic session.
